According to records, former owner WPNB Associates who purchased the property for 9.6 million dollars in 2007 have sold the property to Paramount Plaza @ New Britain LLC. Documents indicate the new owners are from Lakewood, New Jersey. Conveyance indicates the property was sold for 15.2 million dollars.
New Brite Plaza has recently undergone exterior resurfacing in addition to leasing three anchor tenants that include Marshall's, Ocean State and Sav-a Lot Grocery store. |
