On a day that was already bright and sunny, Frienship Center Director Ellen Simpson must have felt the sunshine was even brighter as New Britain's Marshall's store manger Ronnell Hargrave presented Ellen with a five thousand dollar check to assist the organization where it felt it was most needed.
According to Ronell "Marshall's and it's employees are very involved in community efforts. We support what we feel is truly necessary in helping people overcome their obstacles."
