One of New Britain's most recognizable "Downtown" buildings recently closed on February 23rd. The investment firm known as H.J. Development L.L.C .plans to aggressively market the 75,000 square foot building that currently has limited vacancy . Spokesperson for H.J. Development, Ian Fishkin stated that the firm has interviewed prospective commercial brokerage companies and will be making the decision within a short period of time with regards to representation.
Sales price for the property was 2.8 million dollars. The Acmat Corporation will remain in the City of New Britain at its present location according to Henry Nozko Jr.. CEO.
The Class "A" building space has anchor tenants that include Bank of America, the U.S. Social Security Office and State of Connecticut Workman's Compensation Office in addition to the ACMAT Corporation. |
