One of the primary complaints from the private sector employers and developers is the red tape and bureaucracy found in local, state and federal program guidelines. It is both time consuming and counter- productive. In 2004, the Mayor’s Business Task Force was developed to assist businesses in defining their development goals and assist businesses in moving towards a more expeditious plan to accomplish their goals.
