Enterprise Zone Incentives:


A program in partnership with the State of Connecticut Department of Economic & Community Development, this program offers tax abatements on real and personal property within defined street parameters. The program is similar to the Targeted Investment Community Program. Additional benefits may occur upon companies hiring a percentage of employees within the municipality.
