As per Sec 22-10 (c)(3) of the City of New Britain's Code of Ordinances. Personal Property owned by a restaurant new to the City of New Britain, located in the Enterprise Zone, where such restaurant is defined and registered as a Full Time or Limited Service Restaurant under DOL North American Industry Classification (formerly SIC) under #'s 722110, 722211 or 722212 may be 100 % exempt in the first year and 50 % exempt in the second year.
